This is absolutely amazing! Haha. But I really wish the bird on the awning in Lood City was someone you could talk to—he's so cute. I just didn't expect him to be part of the background. If I may ask, you spent over six years making the act1—how long do you think the act2 will take? Another five or six years?

We'll consider having more of that bird guy in the future~ I'm hoping we will be able to complete the next act sooner because we are more experienced now, and we have more people working on the project!

what happened to the public demo?

(1 edit)

The public demo was quite old and no longer represented the quality of the game as it is now. We will create a new public demo after we make more fixes and improvements to Act 1, including localization for multiple languages.

Hey man, I'm kinda stuck. I met the turtle, and he told me to go to the cabin and meet a guy who will help me. I went there, the guy said the machines require high expertise to use. What to do now?

First you need to have collected the Book inside Cas's House (the cabin). This will allow you to do the Butt Stomp! Now, return to Treewish Forest where you encountered Goliath (the giant frog). You can use the Butt Stomp to break those large blocks there!

can i get the android version if i bought it through steam?

Sorry, that's not something we're able to do right now.

can someone please help me, when i open the game and try to start a new file the game is just loading for so long not oppening please help ;-;

Please make sure you are using the newest version of the game. And if the first save file is hanging for you, check to see if selecting the save file gives you an option to Erase it. If so, do so, and erase it. Otherwise select a different save slot.

Im playing v1.02 and im having trouble finding bryce, Was he removed or is he not supposed to be in yet?

Bryce was removed from the game slightly before the Act 1 v1.00 release. His animations are actively being reworked and he'll be re-introduced in a future version of Act 1. We will post a Devlog here when he's available!

Thank you so much for replying, I'm missing one entry in my gallery and figured it belonged to Bryce! I was so confused during my playthrough. I really enjoy the game though, So excited for what comes next!

Did you find who you were missing?

Found him, I just didn't jump when I should have!

Glad to hear it, and thanks for enjoying the game!

Will rumble support be added in the future... maybe even "special" rumble support for special controllers that vibrate 📳?

Yes! Haptic feedback, rumble, teledildonics, etc. is all stuff that we want to expandong in the future! I'm unsure how much will be included in Act 1, but if it's simple enough to add in the near future, it may be added there. By the way, I think Act 1 actually has some limited rumble functionality. If you do a butt stomp with a wired Xbox controller, you should feel a bit of a shake, for instance. Or did I just dream adding that in? It's been a while!

hey, I want to ask a question. if the act 2 is released, do we have to buy it separately or we can wait the progress update?

Act 2 will be sold as DLC. But Act 1 still has some updates planned. Keep an eye on the Devlog to see what's new!

Still lots of work to do.
The .zip version I grabbed for PC is displaying touchscreen/android controls in the settings menu and the actual android version still has splash screens stating:
"This is an experimental/prototype build only available to patreon subs"

(I do have a pen driven tablet hooked up to my PC. But no "touchscreen" devices)

Gotta get away from the pervasive monstrosity that is patreon. I have seen it bring more than a few devs to ruination.

Hi! Which version of the game are you running, and for what platform? (e.g., v1.02.000 Windows 64-bit) - The builds for sale here on itch should not have the "experimental/prototype build" disclaimer, so this seems odd to me. The PC version will still show touchscreen controls in the settings because it's possible to play this on a Windows tablet display, for instance. A pen tablet is probably not gonna be ideal for playing though.

The android version that still has the disclaimer is
"oh-so-hero-v1.01.000-android-arm64.apk"
I have also noticed a few other minor bugs in that specific android version but I didn't expect it to be perfect since it is a port.
Nothing totally game breaking, just some strange reactions, for example:
At one point I got stuck in a scene with the mash attack prompt, was unable to press the attack button(It just didn't do anything) and my health was not draining as it normally would. The scene played out to finish and the game returned to normal after that.

I have not tested the others much yet. But thanks for making the game! It's very good. Been letting folks in the various communities I haunt know about it. Hope act 2 and beyond goes just as well!!

(1 edit)

Thank you for letting us know! I may have forgotten to change some of the compiler flags on the Android version and it's still showing those development screens. I have people helping with QA, but they must have overlooked this. I'll personally check the Android build myself for the v1.03 release. I know several things still need to be fixed, and I won't be able to get to everything, but I'll at least make sure we take all the problems into account (you can see what still needs to be fixed on our GitHub tracker; you can even submit bugs there yourself). Thanks for enjoying and helping us improve the game!

Oh, I just remembered this game! Looked it up and saw the full version was out—bought it without a second thought.
This CG is totally worth the price, though.

A couple of small questions:

  1. Why is the full version's CG more blurry than the demo?
  2. Will Act2 require another purchase?"

Hi! If the graphics look blurry, try enabling High Quality Animations in the Options screen. Does that fix the issue? The work on Act 2 has only just barely started, but it will sold as DLC and will require a purchase when it's complete.

I played the demo when it was on itch, and just finished the game by beating bates. Super sexy work. Im a completionist tho and am having a hard time reaching the guy on the green awning in lood city. How do you get to him or is he just there as background set dressing

Thanks for enjoying! That bird on the awning is for display purposes only! He's got a delivery to make~

(+1)

Got it thank you, I tried for life 30min to get to him. LOL

Red and I both placed those background NPCs. I tried to place them further back so it's more obvious they are non-interactible, but Red stuck that guy up on the awning and I had a feeling someone would just be trying relentlessly to fuck him to no avail. Sorry!

(+1)

HAHAHA well mission success or fail however you look at it. He would have been a great fuckable npc Im sure.

i can already gusse the answer being no but...

do you think you can make a windows xp version? just curios.

(1 edit)

The Windows 32-bit version might work on Windows XP? We don't have an XP machine and don't have any plans to get one.
